As our shuttles operate on a shared-economy basis, we must adhere to a strict schedule to accommodate all passengers. Unfortunately, this means we cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss your pickup time, you have two options:
- Upgrade to a Private Car Service: Contact us immediately to arrange an upgrade to a private car service, which will pick you up and take you to your destination for an additional fee.
- No-Show Policy: If you are unable to arrange an upgrade, you will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund.
