El Tigre Waterfalls is a beautiful, off-the-beaten-path, 8-kilometer (5 miles) hiking adventure that overlooks four main waterfalls along the way. There are hanging bridges crossing the river and also opportunities for swimming. It can take up to five hours to complete the entire course on foot, but you may upgrade to do the most challenging part, a 3-kilometer steep ascend, on horseback, or in a safari car. You may also choose a complete package that includes the first 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) of trekking, horseback riding, three ziplines on a pedaling bicycle, and lunch.
100% Aventura Park is the adventure park that reports the majority of wildlife sightseeing in the Monteverde area, particularly at the hanging bridges tour. The park also offers a fun zipline course that entails numerous zip lines, a Tarzan swing and more, but you will probably not see wildlife at this experience as you will be flying around on ziplines, and such.
